Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Blue Dwarf'
Very soft silvery-blue foliage stays dense giving this plant a sort of "fuzzy" appearance - hence its name. Foliage takes on a purplish / bronze color in colder climates. Easy to grow - average moisture, likes soil with a little organic content in it. Full sun to part shade, but best color in full sun. Fast grower that will reach maturity quicker than most Chamaecyparis. Best used as an accent plant, or in grouped plantings. Very unusual plant - and hard to find.
