Upright form of Osmanthus ( false holly ) with deeply serrated dark green leaves which have a purplish cast on new growth, turning bluish green on oldest growth. Fast, vigorous grower!! Has somewhat of an open growth habit when young, filling in to a much fuller specimen with age. Good luck finding this plant anywhere else - truly a must have for the collector. Excellent for use as a specimen planting, or as an interesting background plant. May be kept to a smaller size through regular trimming / pruning.
