Juniperus squamata 'Holger'

This is an outstanding semi-spreading juniper with silvery blue / green foliage that is tipped in sulfur yellow new growth. It is considered possible that this juniper is a hybrid between J. squamata and J. chinensis 'Pfitzeriana Aurea'. Makes a great low to medium height border or foreground planting. A very striking plant with wonderful contrast - very hardy, low maintenance. Prefers full sun for best color display, and likes fertile, well drained soil.
