Picea pungens glauca 'Majestic Blue'
A specially selected strain of Colorado Blue Spruce grown for its more intense, uniform silver / blue color. As with all Blue Spruce, color improves & intensifies with maturity & good growing conditions - but this particular cultivar shows good blue green color even when young. Average soil, average moisture. Excellent specimen for use in a single planting, or a dense, colorful screen or windbreak. Silvery blue color tends to increase with maturity, and is enhanced when given soil with high organic content to grow in.
