Single Specimen - Natural Growth
Here is an example of Densiformis Yew when used as a foundation type planting and left untrimmed. It still has a good, compact habit to it, but yet has enough of an individual shape to be left alone. Good green color year round with this variety too.

Densiformis Yew - Mature Group
Here is a nice group of mature specimens. Once again, these have been left to grow naturally, with little to no trimming / pruning at all. Look closely, and you will an abundance of the small, red, berrylike fruits / cones that are produced by this variety when mature.

Densiformis Foliage Close-Up
A close-up of the rather short, yet soft textured needle-like foliage of Densiformis Yew. Nice, deep green color is best displayed in partial shade location - will lighten somewhat in full sun locations, or in hot, humid weather conditions.
