Cryptomeria japonica 'Rasen-Sugi'
This tree form of Cryptomeria ( Japanese Cedar ) is most unusual.......and very, very hard to find. Has an upright growth habit with foliage that consists of twisted green needle-like ringlets. Every branch looks as though it were almost braided - from top to bottom!! An absolute must for the conifer collector - guaranteed to be a real conversation piece no matter where you plant it.
